According to OSCA Continuing Policy, all-OSCA staff must be evaluated on their job performance once a semester.
The information you submit will be submitted to the Personnel Committee. Your name is required but you may choose whether you wish to reveal your identity to the person you are evaluating.
Your opinions are being solicited by the Personnel Committee to assist with evaluating student staff with whom you have worked. To make sure the evaluation results are accurate and thorough, please answer all questions as truthfully and completely as possible. Please remember to evaluate the quality of job performance based on contractual job description, rather than the personality of the staff. The Personnel Committee realizes that, to varying degrees, anyone's personality affects their job performance. For the sake of objectivity, however, please try to distinguish between personality and performance, and fact from hearsay.
